"But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ
even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved."
Ephesians 2:4-5
Need to hold fast that salvation is by faith alone. All my sins, every nasty one, are covered because of God's truly amazing grace to undeserving people like me. I must stop thinking that I need to do something to earn His grace or that I need to do something to make up for my past mistakes... God alone is the perfecter of my faith.
I am saved by grace - dead to sin, and alive with Christ.
